Milan, Italy

Milan — Italy's Financial and Fashion Capital, Three Hours From Zurich

Milan is our deepest Italian coverage: a flight-tracked Malpensa meet & greet with Linate handled on request, boardroom pickups near Borsa Italiana, Fashion Week transport, and — for clients who'd rather not fly at all — a fixed-price, roughly three-hour chauffeured drive from Zurich via Lugano.

Airport Transfer

Milan Malpensa (MXP) Transfer

Malpensa handles Milan's long-haul and international traffic, about 45 minutes from the centre. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and can also cover Linate for closer-in and business-jet arrivals on request.

MXP · Milan Malpensa Airport

Malpensa handles the bulk of Milan's long-haul and international arrivals, roughly 45 kilometres northwest of the centre along the A8 motorway. It's a large, two-terminal airport — Terminal 1 for most full-service carriers, Terminal 2 mainly for low-cost — and telling us which one you're landing at means your chauffeur is waiting in the right hall, not guessing between a 15-minute inter-terminal shuttle ride.

For closer-in arrivals, Linate (LIN) sits just 7 kilometres east of the centre and handles most domestic routes, many European short-hops and the bulk of business-jet traffic. We cover Linate on the same fixed-price basis as Malpensa — tell us your airport and terminal when you book, and the rest is identical: flight tracking, a name sign at arrivals, no queue for a taxi.

We monitor your inbound flight automatically from wheels-up, whatever the airline or connection. A delayed approach into Malpensa's often-congested airspace or a late gate change at Linate never turns into a missed pickup — your chauffeur simply adjusts and waits, at no extra charge for any reasonable delay.

Financial capital

Borsa Italiana, Fashion Week and the Milan business calendar

Borsa Italiana & Porta Nuova

Italy's stock exchange and the glass towers of the Porta Nuova financial district form the backbone of Milan's business day — precise, on-time pickups between meetings, the way we run Zurich's own financial quarter.

Milan Fashion Week

Twice a year, the city's showrooms, ateliers and runway venues run on a schedule measured in minutes, not hours — we've built our Milan operation specifically around back-to-back showroom transfers during Fashion Week.

Quadrilatero della Moda

The luxury shopping quarter around Via Montenapoleone — hotel and boutique pickups for clients moving between appointments or an evening of shopping.

Trade fairs at Fiera Milano

One of Europe's largest exhibition complexes, with a packed calendar from furniture design to technology — reliable transfers timed to hall openings and closings, not a shuttle bus schedule.

From Zurich

Or skip the airport altogether — drive from Zurich via Lugano

Milan is one of the very few Italian cities close enough to reach comfortably by chauffeured car, and it's genuinely one of our most-booked long-distance routes out of Switzerland. The drive runs roughly three hours via the A2 and the Gotthard corridor through Lugano — a scenic run through Ticino before the motorway drops into the Lombard plain — and puts you at your Milan address with no check-in counter, no security queue and no baggage carousel at either end.

Day trips

Lake Como, a short drive north

Many of our Milan clients extend a business trip with a day on Lake Como — villa gardens, waterfront towns like Bellagio and Como itself, and mountain views barely an hour from the financial district. We treat it exactly like any other chauffeured excursion: one fixed price, your schedule, no fixed return time to watch.

  • Como and Bellagio, roughly 1 hour from central Milan
  • Villa gardens and lakeside dining, private and unhurried
  • Half-day or full-day excursions, timed around your meetings
  • Continue onward toward Lugano or back to Zurich in the same trip
